ARELANCE, S.L. will not allow any type of reprisal to be taken against informants in good faith who communicate through this channel facts that may be breaches of regulations in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. Likewise, a whistleblower who becomes aware of the existence of irregular conduct, non-compliance or breach of the rules may also inform the competent authorities and, if applicable, the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the European Union.
